I love the creaminess of hemp seeds and cashews. They make for the perfect pasta sauce. This creamy hemp seed alfredo sauce is packed with protein, healthy fats, and flavor. It’s vegan, gluten-free, and oil-free too!

Instructions

0 Soak the cashews in warm water for at least 45-60 minutes to soften. The longer the better. Drain before using.
1 Add all ingredients to a high-powered blender and blend on high for 2 minutes or until super creamy and smooth. (You can add a tablespoon more of almond milk if you like a thinner sauce.)
2 Serve over your favorite pasta or veggies. Enjoy! Refrigerate leftovers.
